  • By commissioning me you automatically agree and must comply to my TOS

  • I reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason

  • Client is not allowed to trace, modify, or proffit off of my artwork

  • Client is allowed to use my artwork in on social media WITH PERMISSION Client is also allowed to ask that their commission is not posted publicly or “commissioned by anonymous”

  • PAYPAL (USD) ONLY

  • All payments are to made UPFRONT and an invoice will be sent after client’s idea is approved

  • Client must use clear and concise references and description for the commission before I complete the sketch

  • Client is only allowed to make minor changes to the commission after payment

  • The commission process might take up to a month or more due to life obligations/school, and timeframes might be inconsistent due to this so I’ll update if there are any delays

  • Refunds may only be issued if the client cancels the commission BEFORE I COMPLETE THE SKETCH
